Customer Terms & Conditions

We aim to create a beautiful food experience for our customers. To make this happen, we have put in some checks, safeguards and requirements to make sure that you get the great experience you deserve. Here are the key terms you need to know about the provision of our service.

Payment Requirements

  • All our customers are required to pay 4 working days before completion of catering and / or dining services.  For gatherings (5 guests or more) payment must be made 4 days before the catering engagement.

  • The deposit is 60% for 5 guests or more and full payment for less than 5 guests. Payment can be made via bank transfer as well as Stripe.

  • Full payment must be made 4 days or more performance of the catering assignment. This is to ensure that there is enough time to arrange and provide an excellent service for the customer.

What we need from you.

  • Cooking space and heating equipment such as a cooker with which the cooking will be done.

  • Plates, serving dishes, cutlery, glasses and any required accessories such as place mats and table-mats for the dining experience.

  • If these are not available – please notify the service provider at the point of booking to ensure that the service can be provided as required.

Booking and Waiting Lists

  • There is a waiting list for our services. As such, customers are advised to book at least two weeks before an event. The Service provider cannot guarantee bookings for orders made for less than two weeks before the performance date.

  • Please make sure you disclose details of any allergies at the point of booking.

Cancellation and Refund Policy


  • If you cancel within 24hrs of booking – you will get a full refund.

  • You need to give us 7 days notice before the date / event you have booked our services for before cancellation for a full refund to be given.

  • Order cancellations that do not meet this criteria will not elicit a refund.


  • All our Caterers are required to pass a basic Disclosure and Barring service (DBS) check before providing personal chef services in the fulfilment of an order.

  • This provision is to safeguard and ensure the safety of our customers when using the service.

Health and Safety

  • All our Chefs are expected to have basic food hygiene qualifications before they are accepted for catering jobs. Chefs are pre-screened for symptoms of contagious illnesses like CoVID 19  before provision of service to keep our customers safe.

  • To mitigate risks posed by pandemics such as Co VID 19, we require our Chefs to wear PPE equipment and to sanitise equipment before and after use to prevent contamination.

  • Social distancing will be maintained where required to meet WHO and other relevant guidance when delivering the service.
